Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use travelmacri — the app and this website. By using it you agree to them. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app.

Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Your details in the app or Settings on the website.

Plans and payment

• Free is free. Blue, Silver and Gold are monthly subscriptions bought through the App Store, at the price shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically each month unless you turn auto-renew off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel it in your Apple account's subscription settings (or “Manage subscription” on Your plan in the app). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the plan until the period you paid for ends.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• Each plan has limits, shown in the app. A smaller plan, or a cancelled one, never deletes what you've added — it only stops you adding beyond its limits.

Guidance, not advice

travelmacri helps you decide and plan. Destination matches use historical climate averages and a compiled visa reference; trip reviews, summaries and cost estimates are written by AI and can be wrong; public holidays come from official and open sources and may change. None of it is travel, visa, health, legal or financial advice. Check visas, entry rules, prices, holidays and bookings with the official source or provider before you rely on them.

What you add

What you add stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service — including sending trip details to our AI provider when you ask for an AI feature — and to show it to the people you choose to share it with. Don't add anything you don't have the right to, or anything unlawful, abusive or harmful, including in photos, notes and handles.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service: no scraping, automated access, attempts to get around plan limits, or anything that harms the service or other people. We may suspend or close an account that does.

The service

We work to keep travelmacri running and accurate, and we may change, add or remove features. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as it is, without other warranties. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and tell you in the app when a change matters.
